1. Your fonts must be embedded in PDF files.
2. Fonts must be outlined or converted to paths or curves in EPS files.

Please remember that any thing very important (text, images, logos, etc.) that is close to the edges need to be at lest 0.125″ from the edge to be trimmed. Anything left very close to edge may be lost during trimming.
To in sure the color, image, or design is printed to the edge of the print bleed is used. Also, because of the possibility of shifting during the trimming process, a bleed is required to ensure those pesky white lines do not show on the edges of your finished product. ALL files, regardless of size must be built to the full bleed dimension specified for each trim size. We automatically trim the bleed off of each side, this results in the desired trim size.
Add 0.25″ bleed to each dimension (or 0.125″ bleed on all four sides) for the following products:
For example: all business cards require a 0.25″ bleed to each dimension (or 0.125″ bleed on all four sides). Thus, a 2″ x 3.5″ business card would have a bleed size 2.25″ x 3.75″. Please keep the bleed in mind when you build your print-ready digital files with enough room to be trimmed.
